Linzer is a mini cake made with an apricot jam filling, and Ischler is a 'cookie sandwich' of two Linzer cakes dipped in indulgent dark chocolate.

Hókifli or snow crescents are walnut filled cookies with a dusting of icing sugar.

Chocolate Néró is a crunchy cocoa biscuit with a lacing of moreish dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Ischler ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, margarine, lard, egg yolk, vanillin sugar, apricot jam, dark chocolate, vegetable oil.

Linzer ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, margarine, lard, egg yolk, vanillin sugar, apricot jam, vegetable oil.

Hókifli ingredients: wheat flour, butter, sugar, walnut, vanillin sugar.

Gingerbread ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, honey, egg, baking soda, gingerbread spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, fennel, cloves, allspice, anise, star anise, pepper, cardamom), walnut.

Chocolate Néró ingredients: sugar, margarine, egg yolk, wheat flour, cocoa powder, fondant, dark chocolate, water.

All of the above may contain traces of sesame, soy and other tree nuts.
