Grey cattle salami from prime cuts of grass-fed Szürkemarha beef and aromatic paprika. This is a gourmet treat with a meaty flavour and a rustic character. Made from an ancient, native Hungarian breed grazing in a National Park, the salami is prepared in small batches, dry-aged and cold-smoked.
Grey cattle salami is delicious in sandwiches, as a pizza topping, or sliced into risottos. It makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards and goes well with Cheddar or a Gouda-style herb cheese.
