Pick salami is the original Hungarian winter salami from Szeged. The salami combines premium quality pork and aromatic spices for a rich and unique flavour.

Pick salami's distinctive flavour comes from a secret combination of fresh herbs and spices, as well as the traditional dry-curing and cold-smoking. The surface is covered by noble mould, giving it an easily recognisable appearance.

Pick salami is a delicious addition to sandwiches, while you can also try it as a pizza topping or slice it into risottos and pasta dishes. It makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going exceptionally well with hard cheese, including Cheddar and Parmesan or serve it with Baracskai cheese for an authentic experience.
