Zserbó szelet is a traditional Hungarian Gerbeaud cake with a filling of moreish apricot jam and ground walnuts, and covered by indulgent dark chocolate.
Made famous by Café Gerbeaud, the recipe is widespread across the country and is expertly prepared by hand at the multi-award-winning Nándori Patisserie. The cake comes pre-sliced, making it a great addition to a luxurious afternoon tea, or serve it as the show-stopping dessert at your dinner table.
