Porcini pasta made with free range fresh eggs and aromatic porcini mushrooms. Serve the pappardelle with a creamy truffle sauce for a gourmet experience.

The porcini pasta is made with eight whole, free range, fresh eggs per kilogram of white flour. The chicken enjoyed a natural GMO-free, soy-free and 100% cereal-based diet. The pasta dough was prepared from small eggs which were laid by young hens, as these have greater yolk-to-white ratio.

Cooking recommendation:

Cook in boiling water for 4-8 minutes until al-dente. Strain and it is ready to serve with a truffle or mushroom sauce and grated parmesan.
