TOKAJICUM Tokaji Furmint “Vizsla” 2018
Tokaji Furmint is the flagship dry wine of the region, and this is an easy-drinking and joyous vintage. An approachable wine, partially tank-fermented to retain the grapes' delightful fruitiness, followed by a period of barrel ageing for added depth and character. The appealing nose of white-fleshed fruit and honeyed notes is followed by a smooth, creamy palate of peach and pear, elegantly complemented by the buttery, toasty flavours from barrel ageing.
TOKAJICUM Tokaji Szamorodni 2021
Tokaji Szamorodni is the little brother of the world-famous Tokaji Aszú, and this luscious vintage is an everyday luxury and the perfect introduction to the magical world of sweet wine. A complex wine with a deepening gold colour, an intensely floral aroma and a rich flavour of honey, orange peel, mango, and winter spices with a hint of botrytis.
TOKAJICUM Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos 2018
Tokaji Aszú is known as the "king of wines, wine of kings", and this award-winning 5 Puttonyos Aszú is a great example of this sweet wine speciality. You are drawn in by an opulent and intense aroma of honeyed sweetness, mango and orange peel. The palate is rich in acacia blossoms, marmalade and tropical notes. This concentrated sweet wine is perfectly balanced by its natural acidity, creating a highly-drinkable vintage with a creamy texture and a lingering mineral finish.
*Please note that if any of the above wines are not available on the day of despatch, then we will substitute it with another similar wine.
