The 2021 vintage was dry with plenty of sunshine, allowing for the perfect ripening of grapes. This vibrant red wine is made in a small batch from only carefully hand selected bunches. The unmistakable Kadarka notes of currants, cherries and paprika accompany the fresh red berry aromas. A light body and lively acidity make this a refreshing choice.
Food Pairing
A versatile red wine, it makes a perfect accompaniment for steaks, grilled meats and vegetables. For an authentic pairing, try with traditional Hungarian dishes like goulash soup or a rich stew of paprika potatoes or a Baracskai semi-hard cheese.
