An inviting and beguiling sweet aroma with mango notes and a hint of ripe pear. Full-bodied with a rounded yet distinct acidity, its dominant elderflower flavour is complimented by almond undertones and an intense mineral finish.

Try as an aperitif, or pair with light mezze such as dips, roast vegetables or a delicious serving or brussels sprouts with a gourmet twist. It makes a good match for grilled poultry and pork or serve it with fresh cheese.
