Ingredients

400g sliced Brussels sprouts

100g sliced chorizo

200g roasted chestnuts

50g diced bacon

3 tsp mustard

Directions
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the diced bacon. Cook slowly to render the fat out gently.
Add the sprouts and finely sliced chorizo. Cook until the sprouts begin to soften, then add the chestnuts and mustard, season with freshly ground black pepper, stir to combine, and cook for another two minutes.
