Rizskoch recipe for making a delicious rice pudding cake. This dessert soufflé is an irresistible sweet treat served with fresh fruit and moreish jam.
Ingredients

1l milk

1 cup white rice

8 eggs

8 tbsp sugar

1 pack vanillin sugar

50g butter

1 tbsp semolina

apricot jam
Directions
Heat the milk in a saucepan and pour in the washed rice when it begins to boil.
Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, adding water if necessary to prevent the rice from burning. Remove from the heat and let it rest a little longer.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the sugar and vanillin sugar to the egg yolks and combine with a hand mixer. Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam using a hand mixer.
Add the sugared egg yolk to the rice pudding, then stir in the egg foam. Pour the mixture into a greased and baking pan floured with semolina, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 30 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with icing sugar and fresh berries or fruit jam.
