Deluxe Cheese Hamper

A deluxe gift hamper of four traditional cheese, including a unique buffalo and a smoked cheese, with a bottle of red wine and a packet of cheese wafers.

The hamper contains:

Baracskai Cheese 200g: Baracskai is a traditional artisan Hungarian cow's cheese with striking looks, aged for a minimum of four months for a deliciously creamy and mellow flavour.

Organic Buffalo Cheese 250g: Buffalo cheese made from organic buffalo milk, this traditional semi-hard cheese has been aged for a minimum of six months for a deliciously creamy flavour.

Herb Cheese 200g: Artisan cow's cheese infused with aromatic fresh herbs, its rich taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture bring the flavour of lush green pastures to your table.

Parenica Cheese 200g: Parenica is a traditional artisan Hungarian cow's cheese smoked over fragrant oak chippings for an intensely aromatic flavour with irresistible smoky notes.

Organic Tuscan Cheese Wafers 50g: Organic blue cheese wafers are given an irresistible gourmet twist by adding aromatic herbs and spices inspired by the flavours of the Tuscan countryside.

BUKOLYI Organic Egri Bikavér 'Bull's Blood' 2020: Marcell Bukolyi produces the only organic Egri Bikavér in the region, and this award-wining Bull's Blood made from hand-picked grapes certainly packs a punch. Oak and bramble, alongside red and blue fruits, are complemented by rustic aromas of forest floor and chocolate. A tantalising acidity and medium tannins give the wine its balance. Hints of flint, smoke and paprika can be found on the finish.

Herb Cheese 200g: Pasteurised milk, culture, rennet, salt, Tuscan herb mix, tomato granules, parsley, chives, basil, chervil, marjoram, oregano.

Parenica Cheese 200g: Pasteurised milk, culture, rennet, salt, natural smoke.

Organic Tuscan Cheese Wafers 50g: Wheat flour, blue cheese (milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, Penicillium roqueforti), sunflower oil, seasoning mix (tomato, garlic, salt, onion, parsley, pepper, cornstarch, basil, oregano), sea salt.

May contain traces of soy and eggs.
