Prestige Brut is one of the best traditional-method Hungarian dry champagnes and the flagship sparkling wine of the multi-award-winning Kreinbacher Winery. The Furmint grape gives the wine a mineral and crisp character, while Chardonnay provides its elegance.
A lovely bouquet of lime, flowers and stone fruits with a tantalising brioche aroma adding extra layers of complexity. Vibrant citrus fruits on the palate with rich notes of ageing on the lees. Subtle bubbles allow the minerality of the furmint grapes to shine, while the gentle mousse provides a long aftertaste of grapefruit and a touch of salinity. With a perfectly balanced structure and refined details, this is not just an exceptional vintage for special occasions but the drink of choice for those who seek the best at all times.
Food pairing
This dry sparkling wine is excellent on its own when celebrating special moments. It goes well with caviar, smoked salmon and seafood, while its creamy fruitiness makes a delicious pairing for soft cheese and mascarpone, as well as crêpes and strawberry sponge cakes.

Kreinbacher Estate, Somló
The Kreinbacher Estate was founded on the gentle slopes of the Somló mountain by József Kreinbacher in 2002. A rich alluvial subsoil meets the perfect micro-climate in this volcanic terroir, creating the perfect conditions for cultivating grapes of outstanding minerality. The first sparkling wines were introduced in 2014, opening a new chapter in the region's history that has seen the Kreinbacher Estate become the most decorated Hungarian sparkling winemaker. A team of in-house experts and renowned outside consultants craft each bottle, masterly developing the distinctive aroma of the hand-selected grapes. The results are stunning vintages worthy of the highest international awards and pride of place at any celebration or dinner party.
